Sherry made it her priority to sell my lot from day one. She was very aggressive in using all means of communications to advertise my lot. She is an EXCELLENT communicator! Sherry kept me updated with everything going on with my lot, the market in NC, etc. (I live in NJ) I wish I knew about her years ago because I would of hired her immediately. I had the lot listed for over 15 years with another realtor and was communicated with maybe once a year and didn't even get a bite. With Sherry the lot was sold within a few months! A+++ Seller!!
